- COD orders may be verified via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

- Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without a valid reason, Eshanarya Jewellery reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from that customer.
